This was our first hot tub purchase with Sensassion Pools & Spa. The owner Florian has been fantastic. Communication was consistent & delivery was right on schedule. Florian was on site from delivery to installation to actual set up. Florian explained the whole set up & maintenance process and even provided the startup chemicals. We felt confident after he left that we knew how to operate & take care of our new spa. Delivery was early morning and we were relaxing in our new hot tub by late afternoon. I recently purchased a Maple Spa from Senssation Pools & Spas and I am extremely happy with the product and the service I received. Florian, the owner, was personally involved with the delivery and set up of the spa and his experience and expertise was obvious from the start. The spa was delivered in the morning, set-up was completed a couple of hours later, and I was already using the spa later that evening. Florian went through the various operations of the spa as well as the chemical process and maintenance, and I felt comfortable after his instruction on how to use and maintain this product. I highly recommend Senssation to any homeowner who is looking for a quality spa along with excellent customer service.
