A pool to gather.
A spa to escape.

This was our first hot tub purchase with Sensassion Pools & Spa. The owner Florian has been fantastic. Communication was consistent & delivery was right on schedule. Florian was on site from delivery to installation to actual set up. Florian explained the whole set up & maintenance process and even provided the startup chemicals. We felt confident after he left that we knew how to operate & take care of our new spa. Delivery was early morning and we were relaxing in our new hot tub by late afternoon. I cannot say enough about how impressed we were with the customer service we received. Any questions we had Florian was only a phone call away. Super nice guy and a proud vendor of Maple Spas! Thank you Florian!

I would like to share my outstanding experience with Sensassion Pools & Spa.

From the very first contact, I was truly impressed by the team’s professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine willingness to listen. They take the time to fully understand your needs and guide you through every step with clear, honest, and helpful advice.

The quality of their products is exceptional, whether it’s for pools or spas. You can immediately tell that this is a company that values durability, comfort, and customer satisfaction above all else. Every detail is carefully considered, which really sets them apart.

What I appreciated the most was the ongoing support and follow-up throughout the entire process. I never felt left on my own, and the team was always available to answer any questions, even after everything was completed.

Today, I am extremely satisfied with the final result, which even exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable service, top-quality products, and an outstanding customer experience.

A big thank you to the entire team for their dedication and excellent work!

I had a great experience with my spa cover installation. The gentlemen were extremely kind and professional. They took their time, and made sure I was happy before leaving. I would highly recommend them!

I recently purchased a Maple Spa from Senssation Pools & Spas and I am extremely happy with the product and the service I received. Florian, the owner, was personally involved with the delivery and set up of the spa and his experience and expertise was obvious from the start. The spa was delivered in the morning, set-up was completed a couple of hours later, and I was already using the spa later that evening. Florian went through the various operations of the spa as well as the chemical process and maintenance, and I felt comfortable after his instruction on how to use and maintain this product. I highly recommend Senssation to any homeowner who is looking for a quality spa along with excellent customer service.

I’m absolutely delighted with my experience with Florian. He really took the time to listen to my needs and was very responsive throughout the entire process. The spas are truly beautiful, and the quality is outstanding.

Every moment spent in them is pure relaxation, with the feeling of escaping without ever leaving home.

A big thank you to Florian for his professionalism — I highly recommend him without hesitation!

We purchased our Jacuzzi from the South Florida Fair. One of the best purchases we ever made. The owner Florian is a great guy. He came and installed it for us. Gave us a quick tutorial on maintaining it. I highly recommend purchasing from them.

Great products and variety of spas to choose from. European materials were very nice and my favorite was the Aquavia. Different price points to choose from and attentive customer service.

Florian and Mark did a fantastic job installing the new spa. Florian worked with me before, during, and after the sale. This is the best place to buy a spa, go see Sensassion Pool and Spa before going anywhere else!
