What does the starting price of the Astoria 12 include?
The starting price includes our standard installation: full installation of the pool, dirt removal, the electrical subpanel and equipment wiring, salt water, the Moov Pool automated Wi-Fi control system, and permit coordination with the engineer plan. It also includes our standard equipment package: a 2.7 HP Moov Pool pump, a 90 kBTU Moov Pool heat pump (MI900), a Minisalt Moov Pool salt water system, a 400 sq ft cartridge filter, colorful LED spot lights and Wi-Fi automation for the lights and the pool pump.
How do I get my final price?
Request a personalized quote. We look at your property, then add what you choose to the starting price, such as decking, coping and heating. The electrical work can carry an additional fee depending on distance and difficulty.
What size is the Astoria 12?
The Astoria 12 measures 28′ × 12′, is 3′ to 5′7″ deep and holds about 6,000 US gallons. Latham notes that dimensions, depths and capacity can vary by up to 3%.
How much does decking cost?
Decking is $18 per sq ft. As a guide, 3 ft of decking all around the Astoria 12 is about 276 sq ft, or about $4,968. Use the calculator on this page to try other widths, and your quote confirms the exact area.
Is a heat pump included?
Yes. The Astoria 12 comes with a 90 kBTU Moov Pool heat pump (MI900) as part of its standard equipment.
What shell colors are available?
Latham offers six shell colors: Sapphire Blue, Ocean Blue, Night Sky, Shale Gray, Coastal Bronze and Pearl White.
Does the Astoria 12 come with a warranty?
Yes. Latham fiberglass pools come with Latham’s limited lifetime warranty on the structure of the pool shell. Warranty terms and conditions apply.
