Using this website

You may use this website to learn about our products and services and to contact us. You agree not to misuse it, for example by trying to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access to it, or send unlawful, false or harmful content through our forms or chat.

Prices, quotes and availability

Prices shown on this website are starting prices for the model and package described. Your final price depends on your property, the options you choose, site conditions, permits and other factors, and is confirmed in a written quote. Product details, colors, specifications and availability can change without notice, and occasional errors may occur. Nothing on this website is an offer that you can accept to form a contract; a purchase or installation is only agreed when you and we sign a written agreement.

Products, installation and warranties

Pools, spas, hot tubs, swim spas, cold plunges and covers are made by their manufacturers. Their warranties are provided by the manufacturers, under the manufacturers’ own terms, limitations and registration requirements. The work we carry out for you, including delivery, installation and service, is governed by the written agreement you sign with us, which takes priority over anything on this website.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, for example through the chat on our website or when you speak with us, you agree to receive text messages from Sensassion Pools and Spa about your inquiry, quotes, appointments, showroom visits, deliveries, installations and service, and, if you also agree to them, occasional offers.

• Frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your request.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
• Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one message confirming that you have opted out.

• Not required. Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
• Delivery. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
