Start with short, controlled sessions, never plunge after drinking alcohol, and always supervise children around the tub.

Do Chill Tubs require ice?

No. The Lite, Original and Pro use integrated chilling systems to control the water temperature without adding ice for every session.

Can a cold plunge be installed outdoors?

Yes, depending on the model and site. The location still needs appropriate support, access, drainage, electrical preparation and protection according to the manufacturer instructions.

How cold can these models go?

The current Chill Tubs specifications list a minimum setting of 37°F. The Pro can also heat the water up to 104°F for contrast-therapy use.

How do I choose between Lite, Original and Pro?

Compare footprint, construction, capacity and controls. The Lite prioritizes a lighter rotomolded design, the Original uses 316 stainless steel, and the Pro adds a larger acrylic shell, Wi-Fi controls and cold-to-warm operation.

Do I need medical guidance before using one?

Cold-water immersion is not suitable for everyone. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, particularly if you are pregnant, under medical care or have an existing health condition.
