The O578C arrived wrapped on our spa trailer and came up the driveway. From there it went around to the covered patio at the back of the house.
Under a patio roof there is no lifting a spa over anything. It came in on its side and was eased down onto an air cushion, with the ceiling above and a column to one side. The cushion takes the weight, so the tub settles flat instead of dropping onto the slab.
The spa sits in the corner of the patio, beside the sliding doors, with the steps at the front and the cover on its lifter at the back. From the water you look out past the column toward the pool.
The O578C is listed at 650 lb dry and 3,125 lb filled, with 296 US gallons of water. That is why the base is the first thing we talk about on any delivery: it has to be flat, level and solid. The spa is also listed at 220 / 240V / 60A, so it needs a dedicated electrical service installed by a qualified professional before delivery day.
