How many people can use the Platinum Helios?

The hydrotherapy zone is designed for five people, with four upright seats and one lounger. The separate swim zone supports swimming and exercise.

Is the Helios a dual-zone swim spa?

Yes. The Helios has two separate bodies of water: a River Jet swim zone and a five-person hydrotherapy zone.

Can the two zones run at different temperatures?

Yes. The swim and hydrotherapy zones are separate water environments, so each can be set for a different experience and temperature.

What electrical service does the Helios require?

The current US specification lists a 240V dual-zone configuration with 50 amp and 60 amp requirements. A qualified electrician must plan the final installation from the current product documentation.
