New city. New house. Empty backyard.

Port St. Lucie has been ranked America’s fastest-growing big city five years running — which means thousands of brand-new backyards waiting for their pool. We publish the installed price before you ever call, and our crew runs the route north every week.

Fiberglass pool installation in Port St. Lucie

A new-construction yard is the best canvas a pool crew ever gets: no mature roots, no old decking to demo, clean access before the fence grows in. Port St. Lucie is full of them — and full of builder quotes that left the pool out. All 68 of our designs publish their real installed price, starting at $37,990 with excavation, salt water, Wi-Fi automation, electrical and permit coordination included. The cost guide has every number.

Permitting runs through the city’s own Building and Code Regulation Division, which wants an approved site plan before anything else — exactly the drawing our included engineer plan provides. If your community in Tradition or St. Lucie West adds an HOA review, our HOA guide shows what the package looks like.

Hot tubs and swim spas, delivered north

The drive works both ways: our crew brings hot tubs (106 models from $6,990) and Platinum swim spas up weekly, and plenty of Port St. Lucie buyers make the showroom trip south once — sit in five models in an hour, decide, and let the delivery come to you. A cold plunge fits the new-garage gym trend, too.

From Tradition to St. Lucie West

We install and service across Port St. Lucie — Tradition’s master-planned neighborhoods, St. Lucie West, PGA Village and the Torino area among them — and the Treasure Coast leg of the route covers the towns on the way:

Questions

Port St. Lucie, answered.

Quick answers about distance, new-construction timing and city permits.

Port St. Lucie is 42 miles out — does that cost extra?

No. You’re inside our 45-mile service area, and the published installed prices apply unchanged. The only distance-related variable on any project is the equipment wiring run on your own property, confirmed at the site check.

My house is brand new — when can a pool go in?

Often sooner than you’d think. A new yard with no landscaping is the easiest dig we do; the main sequencing questions are your builder’s warranty terms and HOA review. We’ve planned pools that broke ground within weeks of closing.

Who issues pool permits in Port St. Lucie?

The city’s own Building and Code Regulation Division, which requires an approved site plan — the drawing our included engineer plan covers. Permit coordination is part of every installation.

Do you cover Fort Pierce?

Honestly: Fort Pierce sits at 53 miles, just past our 45-mile line, so it’s not part of our standard service area. Call us anyway — depending on the project we can sometimes make it work, and we’d rather tell you straight than surprise you.

Is the showroom trip worth it from Port St. Lucie?

One hour down I-95 saves weeks of browsing: hot tubs, swim spas and cold plunges on the floor to sit in, pool shells and colors to touch, and a real installed quote before you leave. Open Monday 10–6, Tuesday to Friday 9–6, Saturday 10–5.

Who services it afterward, this far north?

We do — the northern route through Stuart and Port St. Lucie runs weekly for water care, maintenance plans and repairs.

One trip south

An hour’s drive, a decade of summers.

Walk the floor, shortlist your models and leave with a real installed quote for your Port St. Lucie address.
