Fiberglass pool installation in Loxahatchee and The Acreage
Out here the lot is rarely the limit. Acre parcels leave room for the larger designs, Latham lap and pool-and-spa shells and wide family freeforms, with space left for a deck and a cabana. What deserves attention is what sits under and around the yard: many homes here run on a well and a septic system, and The Acreage drains through the canal and swale network the Indian Trail Improvement District maintains. We site the pool around them, and the engineer plan in our standard installation shows it. Installed prices start at $37,990 and are published on every one of our 68 designs and sizes.
Three permit offices, one paperwork package
Addresses that look alike can file in different places. Most of Loxahatchee and The Acreage is unincorporated Palm Beach County, where the County Building Division issues the pool permit, with the barrier, electrical and other trades as sub-permits. The Town of Loxahatchee Groves has its building permits reviewed by the County as well. Westlake is its own city with its own Building Department, which asks for a silt fence on site from the start of work and registers every contractor before it issues a permit. We confirm which office your address belongs to before anything is drawn, and the timeline guide shows how permits fit into the build.
From Arden to Westlake
Our crews work across the western communities, from the Arden neighborhood and the ranch lots of Loxahatchee Groves to the new streets of Westlake. Spas reach these yards by trailer, dolly or crane, and our four case studies above show each of those routes. Nearby towns on the same runs:
The same published prices apply out west. Every pool and spa on this site shows its real installed starting price: pools from $37,990, hot tubs from $6,990. Start with the cost guide.
